Nicole Arcand

Nicole Arcand is responsible for ensuring that her team of corporate trainers provides the best EHR & PM training in the industry. She has been with the company since 2008 and has traveled all over the U.S. and internationally training MD Logic customers.

 

During her time with the company, Nicole and her team have provided onsite training for solo doctors, small clinics, mid-size clinics and larger clinics with several hundred employees. Regardless of the size clinic, Nicole and her team provide a detailed implementation plan to ensure each clinic has a smooth transition to MD Logic.

 

After graduating from the University of Georgia with a degree in marketing, Mr. Bierster met Nicole when she was working for a local marketing company. Mr. Bierster was so impressed with her outgoing personality and how she represented the company that he suggested she scheduled time for an interview at the MD Logic corporate headquarters. Her interview went well and Nicole will celebrate her 10 year anniversary with MD Logic in 2018.

 

Nicole takes great pride in working with MD Logic customers in over 20 specialties of Medicine. She has been invaluable in recommending new features for MD Logic to develop. Her constant contact with customers keeps her connected to the challenges both physicians and their staff face each day. She is always looking for time savings solutions so that MD Logic customers can focus more of their time providing patient care.

 

When not managing corporate training for MD Logic, Nicole can be found cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs (huge fan) and spending time with her son.
