Craig Hill

Craig Hill is responsible for software development and ensuring the MD Logic software offers a high level of interoperability for the company. He brings over 35 years of experience in software development with over 20 years of that experience focused on developing electronic health record solutions. As the executive director of software development and interoperability Craig provides the leadership to ensure our software is engineered to communicate with other 3rd party platforms.

 

After completing his masters at the University of Florida, Craig began his career in computer software engineering. When it comes to database engineering Craig is without a doubt the best in the industry. Prior to working with MD Logic, Craig was the founder of a software development company that employed several dozen high end software developers. His software development company worked extensively with companies such as the CDC, Northrup Grumman and several large banking firms located in the Northeast. His vast knowledge and ability to solve complex problems put Craig’s firm on the cutting edge of technology and the forefront of software development.

 

After the initial development of MD Logic was completed in 1994, Craig’s company was contracted to assist in the development of the MD Logic software. Craig’s interest in developing electronic health record software for MD Logic soon became the catalyst and convinced Craig to transition to full time software development with MD Logic. It is hard to believe that Mr. Bierster and Craig have known each other since 1995.

 

Craig is an avid international traveler that enjoys trips to Europe each year. He has been known jump on a plane and travel oversees to see Bob Dylan in concert. While growing up in Miami, Craig took to the ocean to enjoy the local surfing but later gave it up for tennis. In the late 1990’s Craig traded in his tennis racquet for golf clubs and has never looked back. When not developing and managing software for MD Logic, Craig can be found on a number of local golf courses in the Atlanta metropolitan area or at home with his wife reading the latest novel.
