With the ICD-10 upgrade, MD Logic will automatically convert our customers ICD-9 codes over to the ICD-10 codes. The MD Logic ICD-10 software offers technology that identifies ICD-10 codes that are not coded to the highest level. This prevents the physician from choosing a lower code and minimizes the chance of a claim being rejected for payment by the insurance carrier.

Customers will have the option of having MD Logic automatically convert their existing ICD-9 codes over to the ICD-10 codes. The new MD Logic ICD-10 software can automatically create one-touch buttons for ICD-10 codes converted from the customers existing ICD-9 codes. The transition to ICD-10 will create more diagnosis buttons for MD Logic customers. These new ICD-10 buttons will follow the same workflow of their existing ICD-9 buttons. As ICD-9 buttons are converted over to ICD-10 buttons, the MD Logic software will continue to link these ICD-10 buttons back to the ICD-9 codes.
