Be our Guest with the MD Logic Guest Pass

For many healthcare providers there is a need to work with 3rd party companies that provide a variety of services for healthcare clinics. Services may include medical chart reviews for compliance, medical billing services and collection services. Regardless of the service required, MD Logic is pleased to announce the initial rollout of the MD Logic Guest Pass software.

The MD Logic Guest Pass software provides a secure connection to a clinics electronic health records in a secure web based application. The goal of the Guest Pass software was to create a solution that would allow an untrained user to navigate and access health data without the need for training. With the MD Logic Guest Pass software, the user has access to the health records but does not gain direct access to the server where the clinical records are stored. This technology provides the access while protecting the server and data. Each time a user accesses a health record an audit trail is created for security.

MD Logic will begin to transition all 3rd party companies that currently have direct access to the MD Logic EHR to the MD Logic Guest Pass software beginning January 1, 2014.
