Customers attending the conference provided positive feedback on the new lab interface and the associated features. In order to provide what we feel will become the “gold” standard in lab data management software, our development team invested well over a year uncovering the bottlenecks common with ordering labs and the tracking of lab results. Common feedback from a wide variety of sub-specialties uncovered that both the doctors and their clinical staff wanted greater flexibility with the management of labs. Our research found that most doctors want the ability to limit alerts on labs results based upon how they want to run their clinic. Further research uncovered that other doctors want to be notified on all lab results regardless of the results being within normal limits. Our new eLabs software will make the management of labs extremely efficient, save time and put healthcare providers back in control of their lab data.
