Kayla Murphy
Kayla Murphy serves in Client Relations at MD Logic and plays an important multi-functional role within the company. In this position, Kayla works closely with customers, corporate managers, software support staff, trainers, and software engineers to help ensure MD Logic clients receive a professional, responsive, and positive customer experience.
Kayla earned her business degree from University of West Georgia. Prior to joining MD Logic, she worked for a national retail organization where she developed strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills that continue to benefit her role within the healthcare technology industry today.
The Client Relations position requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced environment. One of Kayla’s primary responsibilities is serving as one of the first points of contact for clients communicating with MD Logic corporate headquarters. In this role, she helps greet clients, direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments or team members, and follow up to help ensure customer inquiries and support requests are handled promptly and efficiently.
In addition to customer communication responsibilities, the Client Relations role requires a strong understanding of the complete MD Logic suite of healthcare software solutions and services, including Electronic Health Records (EHR), Practice Management, Appointment Scheduling, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Patient Engagement, Telehealth, Patient Portal technologies, and other integrated software solutions. This broad product knowledge allows Kayla to effectively assist customers, coordinate communication internally, and help connect clients with the appropriate resources throughout the organization.
As part of the continued advancement of the MD Logic healthcare technology platform, Kayla also participates in alpha and beta testing of new software features, workflow enhancements, and integrated services prior to public release. By working closely with multiple departments during the testing process, the Client Relations role helps provide valuable feedback designed to improve usability, workflow efficiency, and the overall customer experience.
Kayla has been with MD Logic since 2007 and is recognized for her professionalism, responsiveness, attention to detail, and dedication to customer satisfaction. Her positive attitude and commitment to supporting both clients and fellow team members continue to make her an important part of the MD Logic organization.
Outside of work, Kayla enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
