Mike Ordon serves as a Senior Solutions Support Specialist at MD Logic and is responsible for providing advanced technical support and troubleshooting for the company’s comprehensive suite of healthcare software solutions and services. In this role, Mike works closely with healthcare providers, office managers, software engineers, and internal support teams to help ensure MD Logic customers receive timely, knowledgeable, and professional assistance.
Having started with the company as a Level 1 Solutions Support Specialist, Mike earned Senior Solutions Support Status through years of hands-on experience, continuing education, technical training, and a demonstrated ability to support and troubleshoot increasingly complex software, networking, workflow, and integration-related issues. This achievement reflects both technical expertise and a strong commitment to customer service excellence.
As a Senior Solutions Support Specialist, Mike assists with advanced troubleshooting involving EHR, Practice Management, Appointment Scheduling, Patient Portal, Revenue Cycle Management, Telehealth, cloud hosting environments, and third-party integrations. In addition, Mike plays an important role in mentoring newer support staff and helping customers maximize the efficiency and productivity of the MD Logic software platform.
Mike has been with MD Logic since 2009 and continues to demonstrate a passion for healthcare technology, problem solving, and delivering exceptional support to medical practices throughout the United States and internationally.
