Rebecca Raymond
Rebecca Raymond serves as a Senior Corporate Trainer at MD Logic and is responsible for training and consulting with medical and surgical practices throughout the United States and internationally on the effective use of the MD Logic suite of healthcare software and services. In this role, Rebecca works closely with physicians, administrators, nurses, billers, and office staff to help practices maximize productivity, streamline workflow, and improve overall operational efficiency through the strategic use of healthcare technology.
Rebecca earned her Master of Fine Arts degree from Louisiana State University. Her background in education and college-level teaching became a natural fit for training physicians and healthcare professionals. MD Logic Corporate Trainers provide both remote and onsite training for practices representing more than 25 medical specialties. Through years of hands-on experience working directly with providers and healthcare staff, Senior Corporate Trainers develop an in-depth understanding of specialty-specific workflows, operational challenges, and industry best practices.
This extensive real-world experience allows Rebecca to do far more than simply train users on software functionality. She advises practices on the most productive and efficient ways to utilize the full MD Logic healthcare technology platform, including Electronic Health Records (EHR), Practice Management, Appointment Scheduling, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Patient Engagement, Telehealth, Patient Portal technologies, and other fully integrated software solutions.
Achieving Senior Corporate Trainer status at MD Logic requires years of practical experience, advanced technical expertise, ongoing continuing education, and a demonstrated mastery of all MD Logic software solutions and services. Senior Corporate Trainers must possess the ability to evaluate the unique operational needs of each medical practice and recommend customized workflow strategies designed to improve efficiency, communication, documentation, scheduling, billing performance, and overall patient care.
Rebecca has been with MD Logic since 2019 and is widely recognized for delivering professional, engaging, and highly effective training experiences that help practices successfully transition to and fully maximize the MD Logic healthcare technology platform. In addition to her role as a Senior Corporate Trainer, Rebecca is actively involved in the design and future development of next-generation MD Logic software solutions. Her strong background in the arts and visual design has played a meaningful role in influencing the user interface design, workflow efficiency, color themes, and overall user experience of the next generation of MD Logic software.
Outside of her work with MD Logic clients, Rebecca enjoys spending time with her husband and family. Her passion for art and creativity can be seen through her work displayed in galleries and corporate businesses throughout the Southeast.
