Patricia Morris serves as the Director of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Services at MD Logic and is responsible for overseeing the company’s growing RCM division while helping medical and surgical practices maximize reimbursement, improve cash flow, and reduce claim denials. Patricia works closely with physicians, practice administrators, billers, coders, and the MD Logic RCM team to ensure customers receive proactive, knowledgeable, and results-driven revenue cycle management services.

Patricia graduated from University of New Orleans with a degree in Business and has built an extensive career in healthcare revenue cycle management. Prior to joining MD Logic in 2017, Patricia managed the RCM department for a hospital organization that employed a wide variety of medical and surgical specialties. In this role, she was responsible for overseeing multiple billing and reimbursement teams while ensuring that each practice received the reimbursement they rightfully deserved for the services they provided.

As a certified medical coder, Patricia brings a strong understanding of coding accuracy, compliance, reimbursement methodology, denial prevention, and payer requirements. Her hands-on knowledge allows her to work directly with providers and billing teams to identify opportunities for workflow improvement, coding optimization, and revenue enhancement.

At MD Logic, Patricia invests a significant amount of time each week overseeing the daily operations of the RCM department while conducting ongoing educational calls with providers and practice staff. Through these collaborative sessions, she helps educate customers on documentation best practices, coding accuracy, denial prevention strategies, payer trends, and workflow improvements designed to optimize reimbursement and accelerate collections.

Patricia’s leadership, industry knowledge, and commitment to customer success have played an important role in the continued growth and success of the MD Logic RCM Services division. Her passion for helping practices improve financial performance and operational efficiency continues to make her a trusted resource for MD Logic customers throughout the United States.

Outside of work, Patricia enjoys spending time with her family and relaxing at the beach.
