With only a limited number of EHR vendors having successfully passed Meaningful Use Stage II testing and earned Stage II certification, the CMS final rule issued on August 29th will have significant implications for almost 80% of the EHR systems on the market. The reporting period for 2015 will be a full 365 days, commencing on January 1, 2015. This means that the vast majority of EHR Vendors that have not earned stage II certification have a little over 3 months to develop, test, earn certification and deploy their 2014 Edition CEHRT to their entire customer base.
MD Logic, the leading U.S. provider of High Performance Electronic Health Records Solutions, has been tested and certified under the Drummond Group's Electronic Health Records Office of the National Coordinator Authorized Certification Body (ONC-ACB) program.
