As patients are scheduled for their appointments in the MD Logic Appointment Scheduling Software, automated text messages are sent to the patient to confirm the patient appointments. The patient is able to confirm the appointment by responding with a (Yes) or (No) to the text message. The appointment confirmation is automatically updated in the appointment scheduling software.

At a quick glance, a staff member can identify all the patients that have been confirmed for any given day. If a patient needs to reschedule the appointment, the patient can reply to "cancel" the appointment.
