EHR was in its infancy when this practice first considered converting.  Old habits were hard to break and both staff and providers were understandably resistant to change.  Once we moved forward we never looked back.  Charts were never missing.  Records could be accessed remotely and messages were easy to manage and take care of promptly. New staff could be trained rapidly because of the ease of operation and new providers were up to speed in less than a day.

As we became more familiar with the system the power of our own productivity became more evident.  We were no longer staying late to finish work, etc.  Financially we won as well.  We have never missed a PQRS or Meaningful Use deadline and we have enjoyed all of the incentives the Government has offered.

Finally, and to me the most important, support at MD Logic is second to none.  No system is perfect but the ability to have a technical problem resolved quickly and efficiently is what has made MD Logic number one for our practice.
