• As the patient visit is completed, the CPT and Diagnosis codes are automatically updated into the MD Logic PM Software.
• This is where a MD Logic RCM specialist will review the coding for each patient visit and then prepare the claim for electronic submission to the insurance carrier.
• When communicating with patients or insurance companies, RCM team members enter all their notes into the MD Logic PM Software. This provides real time updates for the medical practice to see the status of any patient with an outstanding balance.
• MD Logic RCM Specialists utilize innovative coding software designed to maximize reimbursement for our clients. The software assists our coders in recommending multiple coding options to ensure our clients are provided the greatest deserved reimbursement.
