• Be sent a very professional and legal formatted letter from Transworld to the patient requesting payment for the balance due
• Send subsequent follow up letters to the patient that strongly encourage the patient to make payment on the account
• Transworld will complete multiple phone calls to the patient to encourage the patient to pay on the account

MD Logic customers remain in control of their accounts receivable. The practice is able to select specific slow paying patients and update the patient data to the Transworld System. Once received, the professional at Transworld Systems will start the process of sending letters and making phone calls to get these balance paid and paid quickly for the practice. The practice is able to access the Transworld Portal and get up to date information on each patient and the status of their account. Compared to collections services that charge a percentage to collect on patient accounts, Transworld charges a flat fee per patient account placed into the Transworld System. That flat fee has been negotiated by MD Logic to provide a discounted flat fee rate per placement for our customers. The practice pays the flat rate per patient fee (not a percentage) and this alone has proven to be a huge cost savings for our customers.
