The annual meeting was held March 24th - 26th in National Harbor Maryland. Physicians were introduced to the latest time saving technology offered by the MD Logic Corporation.  
In order to gather the medical information required to assist in diagnosing patients most pain clinics commonly use multi-page medical history forms to capture the patients past and current medical history. Patients are often required to fill out 8-10 pages of these forms.
