LIVE SUPPORTMD Logic, the leader in high performance EHR solutions, recently completed our annual EHR User Conference held at the JW Marriott located in the Atlanta Buckhead area. The conference was held on November 8th and 9th. Users from around the country representing over 20 specialties of medicine attended the annual conference. Physicians, PAs, RNs, administrators, office managers, medical assistants and IT personal were able to attend multiple break-out sessions offered at the conference.

In addition, Jeff Dorsey with Transworld Systems provided a key presentation offering many innovative tips and techniques on increasing the collection of dollars in a medical clinic. Both presenters provided key insight into many issues facing healthcare providers and solutions to address these challenges. Customers also received insight and demonstrations into the latest technology offered by our strategic partner - ViewMyHealthRecords.com. The goal each year is to educate our customers on the latest features and time saving solutions offered by the MD Logic World Wide™ EHR software. The sessions on new software features are presented by MD Logic Certified Corporate trainers and are designed to prepare our customers for the next software release. While attending the user conference, customers get the opportunity to meet with the MD Logic management team and network with other customers. I had the pleasure of meeting a host of new customers and learning all about how MD Logic has made a difference in their clinics. I spoke to several clinics that had recently implemented MD Logic to replace their previous EHR system. They explained to me that their old EHR system had “bottlenecked” the clinic resulting in fewer patients and reduced earned income. It was great to hear how MD Logic had unlocked the efficiency in their clinic allowing the providers to get back to seeing a record number of patients each day. I was told that a huge part of that success had to do with implementing the MD Logic Patient Kiosk. It was also interesting to learn that approximately 95% of the customers attending the user conference had already attested and received their first payment for meaningful use.
